I just started a Rogue alt and I see the occultist can’t be unlocked until 25 or until you obtain a Codex of Power. Well, I’ve already collected all the Codex of Power on my main, so it seems the game doesn’t recognize this fact on my alt, even after having completed multiple dungeons.
This is a pretty big oversight IMO. If I’ve already obtained all the codexes in the game, the occultist won’t unlock on any of my alts until 25.
You can enchant items for your alts on your main. It won’t let you enchant a class specific item with another class (this is very dumb), but you can apply other-class specific aspects to non-class specific items, which is almost as good.
I’m currently building a Level 1 Legendary twink set because the most powerful characters in this game are Level 1 with the Story complete on another character, Statues unlocked, Renown skill points unlocked, etc. I just keep re-rolling my Level 1’s when they hit level 10 or so and hand over my ever improving Level 1 Legendary Twink Gear Set™.
Can do surprisingly high level content and still close to one-shot everything lol.
only way around it is to clear a dungeon to unlock an aspect you dont have yet
if you cleared them all already, youll have to wait

Wait a minute, so the game punishes you for being a completionist? That’s not how this should work…
seems like a weird oversight. technically it doesnt unlock til 25 anyways…
It ought to unlock permanently, and account wide, on gaining your first Aspect on any character.
It just doesn’t right now, and I hope they change this at some point.
Well low level characters should not have access to power.
Yes, let’s squeeze out what little pleasure one can actually get from the game and destroy the power that low level characters get to feel lol. Can’t have them getting the wrong idea.
Why should a low level character get more than they already do? They get altars of lilith and renown as it is.
First thing I do on my alts at like level 5 is clear an aspect dungeon to unlock enchanting. If you can do it at lv 5, might as well make it a permanent unlock after beating the story once. Still you can level to 25 pretty fast.
Does it not unlock if you replay an aspect dungeon you’ve already cleared?
Pretty sure I unlocked enchanting on some of my alts by clearing the same dungeons I did a bunch of times already. But I could be wrong.
Because right now Level 1 twinking is a super fun activity in the game? Possibly more fun than endgame?
It requires completing the story and unlocking at least some Renown and Statues of Lilith.
Let people have their fun if that’s what they like to do, sheesh.
Why not? Because you’re a masochist? Why not allow people to make alts and have fun at low levels?

Twinking has never been fun. You already get to do it anyway with gear you have found and the account wide buffs, plus you get your horse. Stop complaining about nothing, you are beyond powerful at level 1.
It is to much work for some people apparently.

Or just play the game the way it is meant to be played. It does not take long to get to 25 and you already have plenty of buffs.
