Can't submit Support ticket. Get spinning circle on submit

I’ve tried two browsers, I’ve disabled any adblocking. I am trying to get a refund or exhange on the Quillgem Scamp pet, because it’s badly designed. I didn’t pay a small fortune to see the tail constantly clipped into the ground.

If I can’t get a refund, I’d at least like to swap it for the Pale Perry pet, since it shouldn’t have the clipping issues.

Given I’m also dealing with a misrepresented tattoo on the Moth Oracle ensemble, I’m not super happy with you guys right now.

The funny part is that they’ll tell you to post in the tech support forums.

Dead in that no one with a blue name posts in them much anymore. But they are far from dead in activity. And at least some of it can be useful.

I tested the button “Continue” here from this page. It took a few moments, but it did load my most recent order, and an option to look for other orders.

If that button when clicked is where you get stalled, try to wait it out. It took about 15-20 seconds to load for me. I was using Firefox with the latest updates at the time.

I should note, while you may not want to hear this, you probably won’t be refunded or compensated for this particular problem.
