In general I can’t find the option to skip the cinematics or the long quests conversations and while I can understand to be obliged to see/here it for the first time, after I see it for a few times, it’s not fun anymore. When I get disconnected some activity is reseted and I have to watch/hear it again. Also for the sidequests - I think that the text is enough when you are in the hurry and the quests are not hard to understand
one time I saw in the bottom right corner the option to push Esc to skip the cinematics, I pushed Esc and nothing happened - apart from the infinite loading cursor around the Esc picture button.
maybe you can solve it so that we don’t lose so much time with it

You have to Hold the ESC key for 2-3 seconds. You cant just press it. Was quite annoyed with it myself. There should really be an option to skip all cut scenes IMO.

Sometimes the game dissables the ability to skip cutscenes. Restarting the game fixes this.
We experienced the same, one of our members was unable to skip the dialogues and cinematics (was not party leader). Pressing ESC does nothing, the ESC logo bottom-right didn’t appear
Not 100% sure but for me it seems if ESC did not work i alt tabbed and then back again and skipping with ESC worked again. But yeah needs to be looked up on too it.

Happening to me in Kasama. Holding esc 3 sec does nothing. mouse does nothing. I’m stuck watching every damn cut scene and Lilith phantom dialog AGAIN for each toon. ugh.
Sometimes Esc and holding Esc works, sometimes it doesn’t. Also, for quest dialogs that can be skipped with clicking left mouse, sometimes the ability to do that goes away. Not sure why.
Some quests’cutscenes show the UI indicator for how to skip them, some do not. The consistency I found was: left-click > it shows the UI telling you what button to press to skip > press Esc > it skips and you can resume playing.
During some quests/cutscenes this wasn’t working - clicking or pressing Esc did nothing, however if I Alt-Tabbed to another application and then Alt-Tab back to the game, it then allowed to skip using left-click > Esc. 5
