Can't see or talk in trade chat

I want to say starting in Season 5 my chat dont work i cant see anyone trading nor can i talk in it i have friends telling me about items being linked or story someone is talking about but i dont see anything i have tryed a lot of things to fix it but non have worked

it was not the trading it self its i cant see anyone talking in the trade chat
