Can't rank Grasping Veins aspect to max rank

I have my grasping veins at rank 15 for ages, i salvaged many items with the aspect on them and no progress, it doesn’t even show the mark on the item that it’s worth salvaging, please fix.

you have to find a perfect rolled one and salvage that one to get the max rank. you dont rank up codex entries by just salvaging the same aspect. you have to find the max rolled aspects
