I can’t purchase cosmetics, but I was able to purchase platinum and claim the free weapon skins. While Trying to purchase skins for spiritbornafter and it says Vessel of Hatred required. Ive bought the deluxe expansion and my spiritborn is level 20 something.
Closing the game and restarting hasn’t worked, neither has restarting my console or power cycling.
Please let me know how to fix.

Same issue. Any fixes? Ive tried to uninstall and re-install. I mean if Blizzard doesn’t want my money, I guess I’ll keep it.
same here, still no solution, bought the expansion and can’t buy any of the spiritborn cosmetics 
Still waiting to hear something back. I might ask for a refund on my platinum and the game at this rate.
