Can someone please guide me in the right direction?
I have sent so many tickets and just gotten automated replies I feel like I am running in circles. I have had this issue for over two weeks now where the button is greyed out and says I can’t play Diablo IV yet. But tonight I logged in to Battle.net and saw it needed to be updated, so I did that, and then I was able to load Diablo, but then it would not find a valid license, and I got an error code 315306, so I tried all the workarounds for that, and when I updated my password, it is now showing. I can’t play Diablo IV yet (again), and the game is not in my library as one of my games, but it shows in the Diablo IV section that I own the game. I did check for the servers to see if they were down but could not see anything, and my partner can play Diablo IV on his PC right next to me.
Has this happened or similar to anyone else?
if you want wo play on PTR….. it is open only 1 week for testing.

also change region of battlenet app and swap it back?
This is what I have tried, and nothing is working at all, and now I have uninstalled it, and it won’t allow me to reinstall it, saying it’s in my library, but it doesn’t show up, and none of my tickets have been responded to as of yet. 1. Check Firewall/Antivirus Settings 2. Restart Your Computer and Router/Modem 3. Disable Background Applications 4. Flush DNS Cache and Reset Network Configuration 5. Checked for updates, 6. Redownloaded the game 7. Redownloaded the launcher. 8. Checked my Xbox account is linked to my Battle.net account. 9. Changed my password and changed my download region. 10. Scanned my files for corruption. 11. Update the game
hm…. then it could only be the platform….
if you bought it only for console… it will only be playable on console….you have to buy it for each platform….
one version for xbox
one for PS
one for PC (battlenet or steam)
you can only connect your xbox account to battlenet… not the whole game
