So, I am having an issue with the fountains of blood that when I interact with them and they drop stacks of potent blood, they drop in the center of the fountain where I can not reach them. Therefore I miss out on a lot of potent blood. It has happened twice so far since I started the season. And both stocks were about 50+ potent bloods each.

This has happened to me multiple times now too. I just started a new character and it happened to the blood well as part of the quest line as well
You CAN collect the blood if you are in Blood Harvest even if you can’t walk through the fountain, simply by using your town portal, then coming back through. The mini event should have changed from the fountain to something else so you can pick up the blood. If it doesn’t work the first time, just town portal out and back again until you can grab the blood.
This does NOT fix fountain events in dungeons since those don’t change. Just skip those events and get your blood from the Blood Harvest… so much easier.
Same. They forgot to trigger the fountain after the fight. The other ones disappear during events. The fountain asset is hard coded into the scene, it should be made transparent or increase pickup range. Or. Bring back pets.
The vial drops used to fan out around the perimeter of the fountain. Maybe that code snippet got lost or broken.
same here I did the hallows quest and can’t get the blood from the well.
Same problem. I just started a new character, Sorc, in season 2. Got to the dungeon where you find Zir(?), and have to fight some of his minions in the Tomb of Hallows, Hallows’ End. The fountain after the fight is still hard coded, you can’t walk through it to pick up the drops like the ones they fixed with the recent patch. I guess they forgot about this one? LOL. Oh well.

it’s just in this one spot in single player. it’s fixed in the vampire tides, etc, etc.
