I completed a quest that required you to kill enemies and collect the orbs they drop, but when I went to open the “Sated Necrolyte’s Cache”, it was preventing me from doing so with the red X over the item. It says on the bottom of the item tooltip that it’s usable by all classes except Spiritborn. I think this quest reward was not updated to include it being opened by Spiritborn when that class was added.
I have an image of the item, but it’s not letting me include it in this post, and I unfortunately don’t recall the name of the quest.
