Is is possible make sure you are logged into battlenet account. I upgraded to ultimate from deluxe (I am on PC). There are two ways look at the store front page the one that says you already own this version. There should be an option to purchase upgrades.
The other way is to add the package you want and the blue page you order where you verify payment…it SHOULD say upgrade.
Note do not buy it from the client, if you bought the first one here on the website. It does look like the battlenet client was going to let me go ahead and get the full ultimate version but I cancelled it. In either case CS will help you if it goes wrong…but I did not want to go through the hassle. Just make sure the version says upgrade before you finalize purchase.
Same, purchased it yesterday and the logo just keeps spinning. Not even getting an error or anything. Money stays in my bank account, used the card 2 days ago for another purchase. Its not the bank’s fault, a friend purchased it using the same bank card. Custommer support told me I have to wait for the transaction to be completed. Its in a queue or something like that. They told me the transaction should go trough at some point, but 24h later its still the same… Tried to purchase it form the launcher, the site and nothing. Idk if I would be able to play on the 2nd ![]()
Like many others, I’ve been getting an error when I try to purchase the pre-order digital deluxe on both my Xbox and at Xbox(dot)com. The first error was understandable because my bank contacted me asking if the charge was legit or not. But continued errors became a bit frustrating. I believe the problem lies in trying to use a Visa debit card, because I was finally able to purchase with my Mastercard on the website. Hope this helps.
Yes, it should be possible on the Blizzard store for PC. It should charge you the price difference between the two versions. As others said, make sure you are logged in to the Bnet account that has the game.
This is not a great solution, only 31 or 32 hours before Early Access.
