Good day!
Each time i tried to log in the game i had the same issue. “There was a problem reaching the game network. Please check your network settings. (Code 397006)”. But at the same time i have no issues loggining another games, like World of Warcraft or Starcraft 2.
I have already tried a few “solutions” like turn of my Windows Firewall, or close all the applications except Diablo4, or check the game files in BNet app, - nothing works.
Please help! I really didnt find any usefull information about this error.

I am having the same problem. It sucks to wait an hour to log in to just get this error. I uninstalled the game and am now reinstalling it to see if that works. Will let you know if it does.

Heads up…it doesn’t. I’ve been going on 10 hours with this. Every time it happens, I just wait 10 minutes then queue again. At least with the 2 hour queues earlier it gave time to do laundry, dishes and other household chores…

Having the same issue. I have tried everything i can think of. Uninstall/reinstall, scan/repair fix, changed permissions, reset router, rebooted computer after uninstall and then again after reinstall. No information anywhere other than the error code and failure to connect to server try checking network settings at a loss

Guys, try using a VPN! After 12 hours I finally got in using it first try.

what location are you using and which vpn protocol /provider?
I use Proton VPN since it’s free. I’m in Canada and just picked a random USA server and it worked.
