Can't link items with 2 socketed gems

I noticed that you can’t link items with 2 socketed gems.

If the item has 2 empty sockets you can link it.
If the item has 2 sockets with gems you can’t link it anymore.

1 socket works, 2 sockets doesn’t.

Confirming this is an issue.

Also if you enchant an item.

Same issue here confirmed, cannot link anything with 2 sockets with gem.

I can link some things with 2 sockets, but if something’s enchanted and has a socket I can’t link it, some stuff even with just 1 socket I can’t link but others I can.

I noticed that I cannot link items that I have added sockets through the NPC, even items with 1 socket that I added through the Jeweler.

Any item with sockets (Even 2 sockets with gems) that already had sockets, I am able to link them normally.

Like 5 years of development and then ---- uh basic functions dont work how come
