Can’t use “Leave Dungeon” on emote wheel after completing a run. If in a party it kicks you from the party when you teleport out.
Happens for me on occasion. For me, the game gets a little confused if an update occurs while you’re playing. It often resolves for me by exiting and re-entering the game, though you may lost credit for completing that dungeon.
