I was picking up a bloodstone in Rotting Catacombs and I got stunned by a vampire enemy nearby. Once that happened, I couldn’t interact with any objects. I also tried to TP, but that didn’t work either.
I was able to fix the problem by using the Exit Dungeon command in the emote wheel. That seemed to reset everything and I was able to re-enter the dungeon and complete it.
