I have a fugitive head and go to the tree of whispers to give to Gelena, I’m on Torment 2 and at paragon level 106. When I left click on Gelena to talk with her, the Coven jeweler (Gelena) sheet opens up. I can’t give her the fugitive head. What’s up!

The heads are crafting mats, boys. You can make gems out of em

Go all the way to the rightest section when you talk to her called “occult library”
Under “Occult most peculiar” you can trade the head for a rotting cache.
Took me a while too lol. Hope this helps
