And here I was excited to come back to D4. Anybody else having this?

Same, was TPing out of helltide. TP load screen locked up and it kicked me out and now this error for 10+ minutes. If my HC character is dead thanks to this I’m done.

Same problem, closed client, rebooted still cant get in game.

This is a server overload error.

Error code 395002 in Diablo 4 indicates that your account is currently locked. This error code can appear after too many consecutive login attempts over a short period of time, or when there is a server overload preventing you from logging in.

The only way to fix this error code is by waiting five to ten minutes for the servers to stabilize before attempting to log in again.

CONS - The game can’t handle increased player volume

Please fix your game to keep D4 player base before it dies *again

There could be simultaneous multiple errors .

Something is going on. Down detector shows influx of reports. My guess is servers might have been taken down because of a recent uber boss exploit but we have no official news.

same issue here! Been trying to log in for over 30 minutes.

My fiancé is having the same issue on the PS5. I am able to login with my account but her account is giving the Error 395002.

No reports yet. Something is going on I think because of exploit with uber bosses. Might be a rollback going to happen or something. SPECULATION ON MY PART!!!
