I have only found three this entire season.
it’s a really low drop rate and only comes on rings, you will probably have to roll obols for rings to try to get them directionally.
Most of the aspects are found on multiple pieces - armor (pants chest helm)
weapon / gloves / amulet / rings.
then you have
Boot specific stuff
and ring specific stuff.
Not sure if I’m missing anything but that is how I see things.
Go to Blood harvest, wait by Shrek on the map (The big green icon).
People will come and put in the requirements, join in the fight.
During busy hours you will not be able to pick up more than JUST legendaries as it will fill so fast.
During slow hours…I suppose you could go around killing and opening chests to get the blood yourself.
Umbral doesnt drop much because it is ring restricted.

I’ve had a total of 2 Recharging and 4 Umbral aspects on my 100 sorc that is maxed out and doing Duriel runs now. Killed Uber Lilith, killed every boss multiple times, ran hundreds of NM dungeons, opened hundreds of vampire chests. Spent every Obol I’'ve gotten on rings. Every Glyph I use is 21.
It is frustrating that Rings are the only piece that can get Umbral or Recharging, so the chance of getting one is extremely low.
Didnt get a single umbral drop until level 92 then posted about it on several discussions here and got a few the next day so at least it seems that some deity is hearing our prayers thank you
Currently level 96… haven’t had one umbral ring yet.
It only appear on rings so roll all rings on obal guy. You can farm events in helltide to hit 2 birds with 1 stone and then open steel chests as well. After 10 or so complete refills of 1000 obals you most likely will get 1. Ive got 7 of them so far and weirdly enough with my RNG all of them are 2 and 3 versions. No 1s and no 4s. Thats RNG for u!
Another reason the Aspect system is an abject failure and needs to be reworked.
