Made my way through the first chapter dungeon. Got to the end of the dungeon and teleported back to town to empty stash. Now in my journal it says I need to ‘Complete Chapter 1 of the Season Journey’ and to talk to the Hunter. There is no marker on my map, and I can’t get back into the dungeon. Hunter is nowhere to be found, and where the dungeon is on the map - I can travel to it, but cannot enter it.

Read the note more thoroughly, it is a bit confusing. The wording is:
“Completed Chapter 1 of the Season Journey”
Go to your Season menu (U key on PC) and click on Season Journey. All those objectives must now be completed to move on to the next segment of Ch.2 season Lore.
