The quest is still bugged. In the Deeds of champion quest, the Tenets of depravity quest is not completed. However, I can’t find the NPC that can activate it. So I’m stuck and can’t complete the story.

There are 5 parts to the Tenets of Depravity questline. The last one is in Kyovoshad.
In my original run the Colossus did not spawn so I abandoned the quest thinking that would reset everything. Now the NPC does not offer the quest again. Prior to the patch it showed up twice on Deeds of a champion, once complete and the other incomplete. Post patch it now shows up correctly as incomplete but the NPC still does not offer to re-take the quest.
