Hi doing a Rouge build, an the planer say that i should have vulnerabel dmg and Agility coodown red temperd on a lot of my gear. Cant find any of thoes 2 on the Tempering list? Any one know what im doing wrong?
Not all equipment slots can roll vulnerable, crit, or overpower. Look at manuals for weapons, gloves, amulet…

I believe it’s under Cut-throat tempering. (Only 1 option for it).
HOWEVER if you don’t have the Recipe for it you won’t be able to temper for it.
