Can't find KFC game items:

I created my KFC Diablo 4 account and bought the necessary food items and successfully redeemed them on KFC website and also linked my KFC website to my Battlenet account. Where do I find the items in game? I checked the Wardrobe but didn’t see them. Please help me with this. Thanks

I too am having this issue, picked a rogue class to specifically use the kfc bow

After you have linked your accounts and clicked the redeemed the item will show up in your wardrobe to use a transmog. If your game is running when you redeem you will need to restart the game for it to be added.

I linked my acounrts last night and just checked and it is there for me in the wardrobe.

This did not work. Same for my Twitch drops, both KFC and twitch drops are not present in my wardrobe. KFC is blaming Battle.net and no response here so lol.

I’m having the issue as well. I double checked that I linked my Battle Net account to both my KFC and PSN account, redeemed the items on the KFC website, logged into D4 with the linked account, and still nothing. Also tried logging out and in again but it didn’t work. I’m currently at a loss on how to retrieve those items in-game.

Same here, Hubby and I both have 2 KFC items we can’t find in game. Everything says they are claimed. But they arent showing in the wardrobe.

Same here. Redeemed items properly, nothing in-game yet after 48 hours.
