been farming for 2 hours ++ head not dropping in T4 ?
the chances/drops do seem low for it - ive been playing it for days and just now got my 10th one. But you need 4 to craft 1 legendary gem, so its pretty time consuming
I’ve averaged 1 head every 2 hours or so with the potion on. If you don’t have that potion on, you will almost never see them.
The potion affects finding heads? I thought it was just for finding altars… maybe i need to re-read it.

the key is to open those “things” that spawn after you complete a whisper untill one turns into a cocoon (wich has a chance to turn into a head and that’s the chance the potion probably affects seeing these spawn all the time and are also needed for a whisper in each zone)
when there’s a cocoon active nearby, do NOT open other “things” as every one can turn into a cocoon (i chained 4 husks that way and got 2 heads)
best way to do this is solo (but then other people on the map can and will open them when there’s a cocoon) or with friends (wich lowers the chance of rando’s opening every one)
torment level doesn’t increase this chance by much though… (do it in a torment level you can clear whispers at a good pace) should you have a whisper complete when one spawns and you haven’t gotten a husk in that zone, quicly try to get the stash otherwise the whisper won’t count (this is just a minor inconvenience though so you can chose for yourself. seeing you only need to kill a husk and those spawn regularly anyway)
chances are realy low and with the potion active i don’t feel like the chances are much better (maybe double the chance then without it)
other then that it’s more RNG (though using the method i told you, increases the times a cocoon spawns and with that increases the chance for it to have a head)
I have found 1 per hour. I make about 10 cocoons in that period.I am in T3.
