Can't Extract Aspect at the Occultist

Hi everyone,

I’m have completed the prologue and several dungeons that unlocked aspects in the Codex of Power. I’m in Kyovashad and have access to the Occultist, but the “Extract Aspect” option is completely missing from the menu.

I’ve tried everything:

  • Restarting the game
  • Moving the item to inventory (not equipped)
  • Checking that the item is legendary and has a golden aspect line
  • Completing more dungeons

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I’m missing, or is this a known bug?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello.

You can extract the aspect at the blacksmith.
You just have to dismantle it.

It’s a known bug named “not reading the manual” with a variant named “not playing the tutorial” :nerd_face:

There is no “extract” Aspect. You salvage legendary items at the blacksmith and that grants, or upgrades the aspect.

The Occultist can assign the aspect to your gear but getting them is all blacksmith.
