Can't Enter Kor Valar

I can’t enter Kor Valar due to what looks like an invisible wall after I climbed the hill from either side. I am currently on the quest: Act I: A Cold and Iron Faith - Light’s Protection.

Update: After leaving the area and coming back, I was able to enter without any barriers.

Same issue, trying to get to ramparts to complete dungeon … Grrrrr

Interesting update…I had ramparts ‘pin’d’… Removed pin and it let me in… strange
