I made a support ticket over 24 hours ago (US92235805) but have not received a response. My friend gifted me D4 but it is not appearing on my bnet client. Advertisements to buy the game appear, and when I select it it tells me that it is in my library, but there’s no way to download it. On bnet’s website under games and subscriptions, D4 is listed but to the right is blank (instead of active /inactive that is next to the other games).
FWIW my account was opened 2004 in the US but I live in China now where the account has been changed to. How can I download and play the game?
Same problem here. Someone told me need to setup phone number. and in 7 days I can change the country information to other region with sms code. I’m not sure would that success or not, now the 2nd day in waiting. Otherwise will do refound.
I have the same problem. I also opened my account in the US but now live in China. I purchased the Ultimate Edition, received e-mail confirmation of the purchase from Blizzard and have accessed the Amalgam mount in World of Warcraft. I can find no way to Download and install the game files. Need a response from Blue. I paid for the game but can’t access or play the game.
Update: I located where to download the game files and downloaded the setup file. When trying to install the files I receive a message saying “can’t install files yet”. Still unable to play a game I paid for.
I just got off live chat with their customer service (3 days, 2 tickets, and 0 replies later). Long story short, unless you change your account setting to outside of China, you’re SOL. They’ll sell you the game, but wont let you play it.
