Did the game give you an error code?

You can try theese steps:

  1. Update or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
  2. If you’re using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue.
  3. Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.
  4. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
  5. Disable any proxies that may interfere with the login module.

Please let me know if this worked.

I am having issues on downloading the update i have tried everything you have said is there anything you can do i played yesterday and it worked but today i cannot download the update

Same problem …
All worked just fine this morning, now it tells me I need to update and whoops something went wrong at 11% …

This is not what I payd for
