Can't create seasonal character FIXED

Went through character creation, picked a name, got sent directly to difficulty option then into queue.
Put me in eternal realm.
No option for creating a seasonal character.

It’s fixed.
I uninstalled and re-installed it from my XBox X. Now I can create a seasonal character.
This may work for you PS4 and 5 people.

I’m having the same issue!

I accidentally logged on to the eternal realm with an alt instead of my main (for the account progress) and I fear this has caused the game to register me as not having completed the main story line.

Same me and my buddy both have it saying we need to complete campaign, even tho we both did twice and yes we logged into those characters yesterday.

Same here. Xbox Series X. Game updated. Game version 1.1.0.43391. Game version in Xbox library 2.0.13.0.

Im on pc, but have a friend on xbox with this issue as well.

So I had the same problem on Xbox. I closed the game completely, means I went on the button of Diablo there is an option „close game“ and than I just started it again and it worked.

To close the game, click the Xbox home button go to Diablo and click „more options“ than „close“

Closing game or even restarting the console doesn’t help on ps5

Same on PS4. I’ve beaten the game, even logged in on that character but still have no seasonal option. Reset game and PlayStation haven’t worked.

Still unable to create a seasonal character.

This is a systemic problem with Blizzard when it comes to consoles. They hardly pay attention to us, so bugs like this go on for much longer than needed.

logged in and out on PC I beat the campaign and am unable to create a seasonal character (on eternal I completed the campaign)

Is this on PC or Console. I only ask because a lot of players have the game on both.
