Can't Complete Cellars

I’m unsure if it’s a bug or if I am missing something that should be obvious.

Both in Bloodstained Cellar and Tsepilova Larder I cannot find anyway to complete de Purge the Cellar events. I went in, killed all the mobs, and there’s nothing else to do. Both spawned with a healing fountain in the middle that has a spiked trap underneath it, don’t know if relates to anything.

You have to use the healing fountain in the middle, basically take damage from the spikes and use the fountain and the rest of the mobs will spawn.

Took me until today to figure that one out… so I hope this helps.
