I used platinum to unlock deluxe relics, but it’s not possible to claim rewards for merit coins. I only can use platinum (and it works surprisingly smooth), but with over 50/99 coins i can’t claim single reward. When i try, it just acts like i didnt make any inputs into game (no sound, no animation, no nothing).

now they added new rewards to claim, and it’s still not working. Oh well. Thanks blizz, for not allowing us to claim rewards for grinding so much… I think I’ll skip next season.
Good afternoon, I don’t know how it works, I’m playing with an X Box, I was able to claim the reward from the second anniversary of diablo 4, only instead of the X button I pressed the Y button, the transaction went through for gold, not platinum

I have the same problem here, clicking X to redeem rewards but nothing happens. There is ALWAYS a problem on PS5 it’s unbelievable.
