Can't Claim BP from deluxe free claim?

i’m trying to claim the BP with my free claim token from the deluxe edition but i am getting error code #700004 and it says please restart and update to the new season. is this a know bug?

Me too. Just upgraded to the Deluxe edition, that’s supposed to give you one accelerated BP. Tried to use it for this season but I get this error. Kinda sucks

I’m getting the same error. I did not unlock the deluxe battle pass in season one, but now I cannot unlock it in season 2.

Yup same error. Didn’t use my pass last season so decided to use it now but can’t. I’m guessing it has to do with the issue of people that did use there’s last season getting another one they didn’t buy.

Continuing the discussion from Battle Pass and Seasonal Journey Issue Update:

Previously, players were experiencing issues with receiving rewards from the Season of Blood Battle Pass and Seasonal Journey. We have rolled out a fix for these issues that will begin to take effect over the next hour or so. Do note that Season Journey progress acquired prior to the release of this fix will not apply retroactively. You will lose no progress made on your Battle Pass, and now can claim all earned rewards from your Tiers. You should also now see progress incrementing correctly on Season Journey tasks.

I am having this issue as well, and I tried everything except re-install.
(Relog, disable cross-platform, exit game, etc. etc.)
I do hope they are fixing this, the blue post above is a day old, and perhaps it’s fixed for some, but not for me.
