The fact that you have to wait till you are past a queue, just to get to the ability to change your Graphic settings, either up or down (Down for me) is absurd. You should not be forced to go through the queue just to make that important level of adjustment.
When you first log in, for the first time, before you get to the queue, or maybe even during the queue, there should be a way to adjust graphics settings.
