Can't buy cosmetics for Spiritwalker

Hi,
So I’ve spent the last few days talking to GM about not being able to buy cosmetics for my spiritwalker as it says I need to own the DLC. I am currently playing on my Xbox which has both the main game and VoH installed. When I first logged in on my Xbox I linked my account so that I could use my other characters from when I played on PC.

However I can’t buy spiritwalker cosmetics from the shop on my Xbox as it doesn’t register that I have the DLC installed. On the contrary to this I am currently playing my spiritwalker on my Xbox version of the game and I have no problem logging into that character. I no longer use my PC version, which came up a few times talking to GM’s. The account being used on my Xbox is the same account that bought the game and DLC on my Xbox.

A GM confirmed that I have the VoH DLC for my Xbox and encouraged me to post a bug report on the issue. I have tried to add information to eliminate the possible causes mentioned by GM’s over the last few days. Although if anymore information is needed then I am happy to provide.

Did you buy the “Expansion Bundle” (with the base game and expansion together) by any chance? If so, please see the topic “Problem with Diablo IV- Expansion Bundle Xbox” as there seems to be an issue with the Expansion Bundle.

Similar but different problem. I did get the bundle too but all my VoH stuff works fine, it’s just the shop cosmetic bundles acting like I don’t have VoH. Everything is for the right platform and downloaded correctly. It’s 100% on their end.

Same as OP been back and forth with support and they just direct me here to report it.
