Just hit me as well. Handed them in multiple times in World Tier 2, first one on World Tier 3 and it happened

Same issue here, the window that you are suppose to select your whisper reward from is blank.

Yes, same here.
Nice linking screenshots is prohibited. Makes sense to add a embed link option then.

Still the same blank selection for me, tried relogging, restart the game, restart the bnet client, nothing fixed it
