Same problem here, already pre-order the VoH and canât log in PTR.
Its now half hour after launch and after trying multiple times, then doing a file scan and repair, still not able to login. No license. For some reason, this doesnât seem to be a problem for streamers. Why?

Rob canât login either, itâs a streamer. Maybe our license expaired lol
Team is working on this licensing issues. Logins will be spotty until we have this fully resolved.
2.5 hours in and still getting the 315306 error. Nothing seems to fix the issue from changing passwords and changing region and reinstalling.

Yep. No support other than forums with virtually no one from Blizzard responding or looking at them. I love going through all the effort of coordinating my schedule to play this and Blizzard, yet again, drops the ball. I have had issues for almost every launch of every season and PTR. I donât know why I bother trying to make time for stuff like this. Blizzard doesnât seem to care either wayâŚ
I donât know how it happened, but I changed my password one more time and Iâm finally past the invalid license issue. I have been trying to log in for hours⌠and I decided to change it one last time. It seemed to have worked. Good luck all.

Canât create a seasonal character, only option is Hardcore.
support keeps talking gibberish to me and autoclosing the ticket. i had a friend of mine try from his computer that he can access the PTR and it doesnt work with my steam account so for sure its an account thing. anyone in blizzardworld can help?!?!?!
Blizzard Support has been absolutely horrific in trying to fix this. They even as much as replied with âBlizzard Support does not help with anything PTR relatedâ. Pathetic. Still locked out of PTR, good stuff

@technitium yep. Complete radio silence from what I can tell. Nothing on Twitter about it. Dozens of people in my clan chat saying the same thing. Seems like theyâre waiting it out and it seems that the issue resolves somewhere on their end without them knowing how or why. Raxx and Robb both were live streaming and sat for an hour. Raxx said partner chat stated that itâs a known issue with signin. Both of them started working shortly after but both chats have people talking about not getting in.
Whatâs even worse is that while watching the stream, Raxx found an exploit with regrouping into and out of strongholds that he was leveling up to 50 in a matter of minutes. While heâs doing it, someone from Blizzard said they know about it and are fixing it now. You still have hordes of people not able to login and youâre worried about some nonsense exploit that does what youâve been trying to do since d3 and not have a 1-100 progression at all.
Priorities are entirely scuffed. Itâs that PTR is âfreeâ, but if you treat your playerbase this horrifically, not surprised if people wonât show interest moving forward.
Yeah this is a terrible way to treat your QA department!
