Cant accept quest , cant equip Items. Using Button X

I cant accept any quest i cant equip any items. but when i need just use spell with X its working normaly i cant even use X button to get to option but again when i wanna hit something or collect something on ground no problem…

Same problem here… Even in PC Its really annoying.
I cant talk with NPCs or equip a new items from inventory in game. Salvaging gear is a problem, I always must pushing buttton to salvage or conntinue in Quest or Equip item like 50x times to do think. This problem is whiule im playing with Key bindings or Controler. Fighting work fine but other thinks are big problem,… So I need top help.

Update - now I can’t evn use square to mark ny items as rubbish… Any workarounds? It happens and stops happening with no reason!
