I cannot whisper to anyone else unless I send them a friend request.
Anyone can send me a whisper chat but I cannot reply back. why is that?
I have the same issue. It only happen to Steam users and it’s related to battle.net chat system
Same problem since the last update. Clan is also broken. Error sending message. They just broke the game for steam users
