Playing as Barbarian, in dead wormpit area, Lorath stuck at entrance, tping away and coming back does not change anything. Mesif has quest arrow above him but cannot speak to him. Will have to relog.
In my situation, I got stuck at the third stop, the one after Meshif complaining about the pipe. it was because Lorath was blocked by the camel or somehow stuck there and couldn’t move to Meshif. Try lure some enemies nearby to the waiting area to attract Lorath, and he will get to the right positions to talk to Meshif.
