Cannot submit bug report via Blizzard support

I have been caving connectivity issues and my game is simply unplayable anymore - at best, it works for 10 minutes (with horrendous lag during which I die 20 times out of the blue) then I get “The game connection has been lost”. Anyway, I am trying to get a support ticket through the webpage (Blizzard Support) and it is impossible to submit the ticket once I upload all the data. I get:

You can't submit this ticket. An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.

Basically I have an unplayable game and no way to get help for that.

Not sure what’s happening in this situation with the ticket, but you might try posting in the forum for the community to take a look. Blizzard offers connection troubleshooting as a courtesy and doesn’t guarantee they can address or solve connection issues.
