Since some time ago, it bacame impossible to move characters up and down in the list. The move button appears on the right, cursor changes its shape into arrow, but attempts to drag’n’drop character bars do nothing. Is it a bug ? Is it something wrong in my own settings ? Appreciate if someone helps to solve this.
