After the most recent patch. I believe it was 1.51. I can masterwork my items. But no longer can I masterwork any chest piece on my Druid. On my second character my Rogue it is not an issue. Just my Druid. I have spent my oboles ran dungeons trying to get new chest pieces. No chest can be master worked by my Druid.
Did you add two tempers on it? Legendary items without two tempers can’t be masterworked.
