Cannot Login to VoH, stuck at Logging in Screen

Have reset router and internet connection, flushed the DNS, taken down Windows 11 Defender, stopped McAfee.
Have re installed Diablo IV / VoH as well as Battle.Net
I CAN login to Diablo 3 with same account
I CAN login to Diablo III and play and I see my legal Diablo IV and VoH purchases.
Is there some way to reset the keys so that Blizzard will recognize my legal purchases and let me log into Diablo IV/VoH?

But it’s nothing to do with my internet. I can log in with another account.

From what I can see it’s a failed server side error, my profile didn’t successfully log out and is stuck which is typical of a vdi session.
A potential fix is for blizzard to force log out the account.

Were you able to play at all and then it stopped access? Or not even start playing?

In my desperation I bought the Expanded VoH/Diablo IV package and installed on a new account. It loads and gets past the Login screen but is now stuck at the Downloading Data screen, no error msg. The music goes on and off and after a while it kicks me out back to the Battle.Net screen.
