Is there a resolution for this?
I launch D4, click the toon I want to play - click start game - I get cycled back to the character selection screen.
-Reinstalling did not fix.
-Repairing client did not fix
-Eternal toons work
-Same issue on a second computer, can’t log into seasonal, eternal works.
-I read that this bug can sometimes be caused by swapping from one toon to another and the torments not being the same, so I tried swapping between toons, changing world tier, swapping world tier on seasonal/non seasonal - does not work.
I contacted support, they didn’t seem to understand what was happening but said many others had the same issue and to just keep trying to log in and maybe it would let me in.
Please help?
try logging out of all of your accounts on the blizz site.

Update - clicked the “Log out of all devices”
logged back into bnet/d4 - same issue.
ok, well was worth a shot.
are you able to create another seasonal character? start as WT2 if you’re able. log in then swap its world tier to 1 and see if when you log out you can access your main s1
Creating a toon on seasonal does not work. No seasonal toons can log in - they all black screen and cycle back to char creation.
Ive submit a ticket for this issue, one of my seasonal character is working again on its own but the other is still cycling back to main screen.

nope . just tried logging in as normal
and it went through.
All my seasonal characters have been fine minus my main which was one i had issue with in beginning almost 24hrs now
I am having the same issues. My character was last in the dry steppes and the game crashed. Now i can’t even log into it as it crashes. Other characters are fine, just my main.
Same problem here. Main character fpr season fixed itself after a day. Now my stash character with items i need has the issue. Incredible.
Still cannot log in - still no reply from Blizzard.
Oh well, going to just play a different game and uninstall if they continue to neglect customers like this.
i got a response from blizzard saying that they are forwarding it to a gamemaster to look into. So hopefully we know whats going on soon…

Same - just chatted in, they didn’t seem to have any idea what was going on said i have to wait for an engineer to review my ticket, they also said no troubleshooting can be done for login issues. Overall pretty useless support, could take days or weeks to fix.
The person who responded to my ticket was a game master and he said multiple reports but no fix….
