Cannot go inside dungeons after patch

Cannot go inside dungeons. It loads for 5-10 mins then when the loading screen is done I’m still outside the dungeon.

Dungeons I tested so far:

  • Domhainne Tunnels
  • Tormented Ruins

Tried this more than 3x already.

Note: I’m also getting rubber banding issues (way worst than 1st week of release).

I think I know what’s causing the cannot go inside dungeons. After disabling ExitLag, I was able to go inside dungeons.

But I need ExitLag, my latency is 150-200 ms without Exitlag!
