Twice when trying to get the quest, The Cleansing Flame, in Margrave from Priest Matvey, I will get stuck between dialog sections. There is no UI on the screen and I am unable to continue or skip ahead.

I waited a few seconds (about 10-15 seconds) and it unstuck. Perhaps it was related to my window switching, but I got the option to skip the dialog with left mouse button or escape.
It feels like there is some dialog missing.
