For whatever reason, I cannot claim my Chapter 3 & 4 Season Journey rewards. Chapter 3 requires all four objectives to be completed while Chapter 4 requires four of five objectives to be completed. Obviously I’ve met these requirements or I wouldn’t be reporting this issue as a bug… Despite this, the Claim Rewards button is greyed out. Seriously, where the heck is QA at? Asleep at the wheel? Why aren’t issues like this caught PRIOR TO SEASON LAUNCH & why aren’t new systems being PLAY-TESTED prior to season launch Blizzard. Beyond ridiculous & totally unacceptable period.

I have the same issue…completed the seasonal Chapter II, the rewards show “to be claimed” but the button to claim remains greyed and cannot be clicked…pls fix this and give me the rewards
I can’t even get off Chapter 1, since no arcana spells are dropping in the Storerooms… I’ve done some many of these NMD and Storerooms too - I’ve been stuck at 2 (you need 3) since level 30 - I’m in T1 about to try for T2. Chapters 2 and 3 are complete, 4 is almost done too… but since I can’t get off Ch 1, I can’t even claim the rewards for those other chapters.
Found a workaround to the issue - log out of the game completely to the desktop, then log back into the game. I was able to claim the rewards one at a time so I had to log out a second time, then log back in to obtain the second set of rewards. Either way, it’s a bug & Blizzard needs to fix it.
My workaround was to create an alt (cause nothing else was working) - do the first quest of the seasonal journey and 1 Strongroom… got the spell and ch1 FINALLY unlocked…
We really shouldn’t have to make an alt to progress the season journey!

Agreed. This is why QA & actual PLAY-TESTING of new systems are so important - a foreign concept to both Blizzard & Micro$oft in recent years…
