Can you disable this S3 pet?

Im thinking about playing a bit of season 3, but i dont want to have that spider follow me around. Looks stupid, i dont like it, i dont care about it, i dont care about some npc doing damage instead of me. Except that Falcon from last epoch, that sh looks fire.
So basically is there a way to not hsve the spider pet follow you around

You could just not do the season quest.

I also wanted to turn if off to see if it was actually making any difference. I watched it struggling to kill a pack of flies the other day, I kid you not.

Don’t activate him when you come across him see if that works.

dont do the quest. dont get the pet. pretty basic stuff

well, the pet can solo kill uber lilith…

If you action the time to figure it out you’d probably change your mind. Mine is giving me +4 to all skills and 50x damage as well as making things vulnerable and breaking barriers.

I just doooont caaare, you can do nmd tier 100 without all the buffs he gives you and I dont like him which is more pressing to me than doing content 17 seconds faster

Thank you though for insight, at least he’s not completely useless mechanic if he actually helps…

the pet grows on you. its animated very well. it doesnt have a creepy vibe at all.

I watched it solo duriel the other day

You don’t see it in big fights there’s too many explosions and corpses rag dolling ayarse over tit and screaming and smashing and oh no you better dodge these 18 explosions all at once on the screen and vulnerable text and damage numbers and awww yaaaaa bud did you see that overpower crit? For some reason it’s only that high once every 10 days.

Every now and then you notice your bug.

Yes you play on the eternal or start the season and dont do the season quest

Spidey has got me out some trouble. I’ve grown to love him. He looks after me.

Yeah disable a pet giving you ressource/fortify/20% bonus damage buff permently (50% with unique rune).

I barely see him when he is On, but he doesn’t attack without those. You can leave him, it’s not like he can die.

Don’t so the seasonal quest line and your set… you are giving up buffs for you but hey you do you!
