The fun of ARPG is trying build!
But without armory it’s such a chore! 
I want to mess up with multiple builds, but I don’t want to spend 3 hours everytime I do so…

I so agree. One build might be better for Nightmare dungeons while another might be better for pvp and so forth. Plus you might just want to try a different build from the one you picked at the beging of the season.

Soon™ at least according to the devs. That soon could be next season or the third expansion at this point.

yeah… this continues to be a big pain point. It should have been a thing since day 1, given Diablo games are all about exploring various builds… Blizz really dropped the ball on this one and continues to act like that ball is oily and can’t be picked up -.-
It’s been requested a few times. Hopefully one day.
I bet in s5 or s6 (for dlc)
To be fair, in season 1, it was more like: “though shall not change your build”!
