So they said that Beast in ice drops new uniques. Beast in ice is a tier IV only boss.
Can I still get starfall coronet on tier 3 as a drop?
If not that is going to suck. Going to be awhile before I get to tier 4 on this season.

On Sorc you should be able to get to Tier 4 at 61-62ish

I would probably play Firewall or Fireball until you get it, then readjust. I don’t think it’s a great skill to level with.
Yah will probably just go with firewall until I get it. But can we get the coronet to drop in tier 3???
I had oculus drop outside of the target boss last season, so I would guess yes.
The occy makes me sad. The random teleport makes it useless especially for metero.
Last season metamorph overrode random, best season for Oculus ever. 
Yea it’s going to be a lesson in breaking muscle memory from S2.
I will def miss Metamorphosis and not randomly teleporting(& I know I’ll evade and 
many times before I retrain myself lol)

All I know is that I’ll be leveling with Firewall and also that Firewall is, from my personal exp , terrible vs Bosses.
Granted I probably built it wrong but boy did I have the most epic fight of the Season vs Varshan and I can only imagine Ice Beast will be similar.

Yea that’s right forgot it was a NMD 31.
On the bright side - we’ll actually be getting DF(!!) and also as soon as we’re able to run a 30 - that dungeon seems to drop top end+ quantity of loot vs standard NMDs.
While I know ‘loot’ on the way to the Beast isn’t exactly the point - it can’t hurt at the time in the journey when we’re 1st hitting that zone.

The wowhead wording actually might be wrong since it seems like the new uniques would follow the same rule as the old ones.
As far as what world tier they can drop from, some of the uniques listed from S2 that drop from it are listed as WT4 only, but some are listed as WT3 going by the values in https://lothrik.github.io/diablo4-build-calc/database/
IE: Oculus is listed as a WT4 drop but 100,000 steps is listed as WT3
We might not know for sure what the world tier restrictions are for each item until the actual patch is downloadable and they update the datamined databases.
I think target farm is going to be tier 4 but it can drop on tier 3 as well. This is my guess!
Yea, hopefully it’s not too hard to get. Maxroll also left all the restrictions and drop rates for the new ones as a ? for now since nobody knows yet.

yeah they are wrong, i got from a nightmare vault in the 10 chest. but uniques are uniques you can get them anywhere. i also reigns of infinite from the new farming areas off the new field boss tha lt spawns after you light the fire
