It baffles me how this has not been addressed for 3 seasons already. I decided to build a new character today, logged in, created it and saw that all my level 10 stones on my pet are gone. After that I proceeded to delete it and close the game.
Please for the love of god give us shared seasonal progression for season 4 !!!
Yeah its wierd noone mentioned this. I don´t mind slower grind, but this is sooo alt unfriendy.
I would prefer finding new gear as I level instead of having everything sitting in my stash already when I make a new character. But that is just me I know some people want everything to be easy.
But you don’t find “new” gear. You find the same items you already found and maxed out. You literally get nothing new.
And what exactly would force you not to do that if there was some some sort of sharing progress?
I mean you should have over 100k shattered stones if you’re maxed out on your main character
Just craft all the stones, couple inventories worth of the boxes and they’ll be leveled up and you’ll have all of them
i hit level 90 and im not even close to 2k stones… these stones are just uber rare drops. I have 118k iron 960 pearls and almost no stones
when all your stones are level 10 you get 160-200 per stone that drops from any source. i have over 300k shattered stone right now after i leveled all stones on an alt to lvl 10 already. the caches are easy stone leveling. this is very alt friendly, just like season 2 was.
Time to grind Malphas on all your alts for the unique stones. 100-120 runs per character of that braindead pinata of a boss should at least grant you one. But hey, at least you have that 300K shards.

once you get your first char with all stones on 10, you get a ton of stone currency to just buy it at the jeweler? unique stones are a different thing of course
in season 4 we will get a revamped itemization. According to blizzard is a complex change so it takes some time. Lets see how it will be.
Normally I’m with you, but the seasonal powers in 2 and 3 are kind of dumb in that leveling them is RNG based with a fixed outcome. Better to let the seasonal powers carry across characters and limit their power by character level.
Leveling vampiric powers was stupid last season and I could have done without that on every alt.
Hope is a good thing but given what we had for the last few seasons I doubt we will get something half decent. They have refused to let players test changes before release over and over again. From my point of view we will get an itemization patch that will completely break the last semblance of balance we have, and it will be riddled with problems. You can call me a pessimist.
This has been brought up before, I’d love for all these things to be account wide!
Is that your second character? did you just take that comment out of context?
my main character isnt maxed (hes level 90) i do have a 2nd character that is level 20. I’m just referring to you mentioned you should have over 100k stones… that is a crazy big number considering im level 90 and didnt even have 2,500stones (i was around 2,400ish). I did a few more vaults and the tech-tide urns for a few hours to get up that high.
How many hours of play do you need to get 100k stones? 38 days worth of time?
Blood last season came in buckets and buckets. I did 6 characters last season and i had close to 40k blood left over after maxing all the blood things (basically started an alt at level 1 with maxed blood runes since i had 9,800 from the previous character) hah
I have a druid at 100 and a barbarian at 100 with both fully maxed seneschal’s and 215k shattered stone
a lot of it comes from the vaults, i dont stop to loot i just go straight to the end using 5 pearls. any nightmare vault t91-100 and loot the chests. the tech harvest was good passively until i got all the tuning stones maxed out.
