I paid for the game and expansion. I have an active Ultimate. Why am I getting a message saying that I need to buy game pass core?

This isn’t something Blizzard can fix. You’ll need to reach out to Microsoft Support about your Game Pass subscription. Lots of users are having the same issue, not just with Diablo 4, but with other games too.
